We collect the information you provide when you fill out the contact form on this site: your first name, organization name, email address, and optionally your phone number and the service you're inquiring about. We do not collect any information automatically beyond standard web analytics.
Why we collect it
The information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry and determine whether One to One Fundraising & Consulting is a good fit for your organization's needs.
How your information is handled
Form submissions on this site are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. Your submission is forwarded to Steven Pinnock via email. Formspree's handling of your data is subject to their privacy policy, available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party beyond Formspree's form processing service described above.
How long we keep it
Your information is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and conduct any resulting engagement. If you would like your information deleted, contact us at sp@onetoonefundraising.ca and we will remove it promptly.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections. To make a request, contact sp@onetoonefundraising.ca.
